SCOTUS Hearing on Transgender Student Athletes’ Participation in Sports

Today, the U.S. Supreme Court will hear oral arguments in cases challenging laws that exclude transgender students from participating in school sports, cases that could have far-reaching implications for inclusion in sports at every level.
