Program Information
Unchained Juneteenth honors the braided legacies of Pride and Juneteenth—each born of resistance, each a testament to the enduring fight for Black, queer, and marginalized lives. For Black LGBTQ+ people, this struggle is not only against state and police violence, but also against the quiet erasure of our identities, our joy, and our right to exist freely. RSVP HERE
Timed with care during Juneteenth, Caribbean American Heritage Month, and Pride Month, this event centers the voices of Caribbean Americans rooted in solidarity with Black America. Through art, music, storytelling, and the grounding presence of nature, we come together to celebrate, to heal, and to build the world we dream—held in community, shaped by legacy, and alive with pride.
