About:
Queer Sanctuary is a group for LGBTQIA+ people and Allies who are interested in topics surrounding faith and spirituality to come together to share perspectives and reflections. The goal is to cultivate a community that supports each other in our faith and spirituality journeys and provides a space to reflect on the many ways in which Queerness can help inform those journeys. The group will be facilitated by the Cheers Queers group from Forefront Church NYC (an affirming and inclusive, anti-racist, non denominational church) and will typically be led by BIPOC queer identified leaders.
PARTICIPATION: registration is NOT REQUIRED. You may attend any session.
