Program Information
Gain new skills and confidence at Queer Martial Arts, an inclusive and playful Pencak Silat class. This class explores the Silat components of self-defense, breathwork, mindfulness, and dance. This class encourages community and healthy movement. Ilana (they/them) and Steph (they/them) are student instructors ("Pelatih") from Open Circle Academy and are affiliated with Mande Muda USA.
