Program Information
Struggling to focus lately? You’re not alone—and you’re not broken.
Between layoffs, anti-LGBTQ+ legislation, and the ongoing pressure of just surviving in today’s world, our attention is under constant attack. For BIPOC, gender-expansive, and queer professionals—especially those with ADHD, autism, or executive dysfunction—traditional productivity advice often just doesn’t cut it.
This panel is different. We’re bringing together voices from across the queer and neurodivergent community to share real, research-backed strategies that support focus and flow in the face of chronic stress, distraction, and burnout. Think: tools that go beyond “just set a timer” or “try harder.” Because when the world is this loud, focus isn’t just about willpower—it’s about design, care, and community.
Whether you’re feeling scattered, shut down, or stuck in survival mode, you deserve support that actually meets you where you are. Come for the panel, stay for the community. RSVP HERE
