About the event

We'll come together in safe and supportive space to engage in art-focused activities, fostering creativity, community building, and personal and professional development.

Broadway Inspirational Voices is inviting all Singers, Actors, Poets, Songwriters, Writers, Painters, and more to show us your creative talent at the "BIV@" Open Mic Session! That's right, we want to see your creative talent in the space! Sing a song, recite your poetry, or share your latest drawing or painting! Are you great at storytelling? Share a short story with us! Whatever you do to be creative we want to see it! There will be a live pianist to play your music!RSVP here

More about BIV@: Broadway Inspirational Voices is a diverse choir of Broadway artists united to changing lives through the power of music and service. Founded in 1994 by Tony Award nominee Michael McElroy, BIV was created to provide hope, unity, and inspiration to a community devastated by the loss of an entire generation of artists to AIDS and AIDS-related complications. Today, our dynamic repertoire ranges from traditional and contemporary gospel music to spirituals, hymns, and original compositions. With performances at prestigious venues such as Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, and the White House and collaborations with renowned artists like Stevie Wonder, Elton John, and the New York Philharmonic, we are proud to be leaders in the world of music.
