The Magic of Me - A Self Care Journey

The stigma that surrounds mental health is preventing too many from reaching out for the help and support they need. And this is especially the case for communities that have historically been shielded from ways to access these resources and services.

The event will feature a panel discussion on various ways to create space for and maintain self-care. We'll have music, light refreshments, and a raffle and giveaways for all age groups.
