About the event
Silat, Indonesian martial arts, has components of self defense, breath-work, mindfulness, and dance. Classes will encourage community, playfulness, and healthy movement. Pelatih Ilana (they/them) and Steph (they/them) have trained silat for 7+ years and have strong connections with the Open Circle Academy in San Francisco and Mande Muda in Indonesia.
